Set a reservation buffer to allow staff to complete registration prior to the patient's scheduled call

We have the ability to add a reservation buffer so that patients will not be able to schedule a visit within a selected time period. These reservation buffers are set so that your staff has enough time to register patients prior to their visit.

For example, if you've set online availability to every 5 minutes (12 patients per hour), but you'd like to set a buffer where a patient scheduling a visit at 2:00pm cannot schedule a visit until 15 minutes later, then we can add a reservation buffer.

This means the patient can schedule at 2:15pm at the earliest and has the option to schedule a visit at 2:15, 2:20, 2:25, 2:30, etc (not 2:05pm as they could prior to the buffer being set).

We allow reservation buffers to be set from 5 minutes to 24 hours to best support your clinic's workflow.
