Patients are excited to see you! Sometimes, this means that they join a virtual visit call well before their scheduled time, and can get frustrated when the provider doesn't immediately join as well.

Patients who join their virtual visit more than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time will see a notice to join the call later, when it's closer to their scheduled visit time to help set better expectations.
