The title is a bit misleading, but bear with us: you cannot delete a patient in Solv, but you can update the patient's status to Cancelled/No Show, which will move the patient from the Reserved tab or Telemed Queue tab to the All Done tab.
To update the status of the patient to Cancelled or No Show, click on the patient's name, and this will open the patient's record in the queue.
In Visit Details, update the patient's status to Cancelled or No Show.
If the patient called and shared that they no long would like to be seen, then you can mark the patient as "Cancelled" and enter the reason for cancellation. Use the "No Show" status when the patient didn't join the call.
The patient will now be moved to the All Done tab and show a light badge that indicates if the patient's visit was Cancelled or No Show
Why can't patients be deleted?
