How to transfer patients to another queue

Patients can be transferred from one queue to another one in just a couple of taps

When would you want to transfer a patient

  • Transfer a patient from an in-person visit to telemed visit or vice versa

  • Move the patient to another queue if your location has a long wait time and they are going to drive to another less busy location in your brand

How to transfer a patient to another queue

  1. Click on the patient name so the Patient Info window pops-up

  2. Click on the “Transfer” button

  3. Enter the zip code of the location you want to transfer the patient to

  4. Select the date and time you’d like to reserve for patient and click “Change”

Patient is in the queue

In Visit Details, click on "Transfer" to the right of the "No Show" status

Select a different location date and time to schedule a visit for the patient and click "Change"

The patient will be moved to the Reserved tab of the queue they've been transferred to
