How to add a patient to the Solv queue

It's easy to add a patient from the Solv queue! 

  1. Click on the plus sign "+". 

  2. This will open the "Add a patient" box where you can add patient details

  3. Enter the patient's First Name, Last Name, Mobile Phone number, Date of Birth, Reason for Visit, Email Address (this field is optional) 

  4. Visit Type: Select "Walk-in" if the patient did not book ahead , or select "Book ahead" if you're scheduling a future visit for the patient either in person as a follow-up or if the patient has called on the phone and requested a visit at a future date and time

  5. Check the "Prefers Spanish" box if you'd like the patient to receive text correspondence in Spanish

  6. Click on the blue Add button
