A deeper dive into the data that is shown in the weekly Video Telemed digest email

The weekly Video Telemed digest email allows you to gain more visibility into the Video Telemed performance from the prior week. The email highlights the following metrics at the location level and an aggregate view as well: 

  • Average call length 

  • Total time in call 

  • Patient satisfaction 

Average call length
This metric equals the sum of the duration of the active minutes that the provider and the patient are on the call together. 

Total time in call
This is calculated by the total time that the patient is on the call. 

Patient satisfaction
Following the conclusion of the video visit, after the provider clicks "Visit completed", the patient will be sent a text message and an email asking for a review of the encounter. The patient satisfaction reflects the average rating that patients left for the visit. 

Would you like to receive the Weekly Video Telemed Digest email? This email is available to be sent to users with a Manager role. You can update your account's notification preferences by going to Settings > Users > Edit > click into Notifications > select Weekly telemed email from the dropdown > Save
