You can enable notifications for user(s) to receive a text and/or email when a patient schedules a new Video Telemed appointment

You can add Video Telemed booking notifications for users to receive an email and/or text message when patients schedule a new virtual visit. 

To set this notification, go to the Settings > Users > click on Edit for the user account you want to add a notification to, and then click in the Notifications section to show a dropdown menu where you can add "telemed booking text" and/or "telemed booking email". 

If you select "telemed booking text", be sure to add the user's phone number in the Phone field. Click Save.
