If you need to send a quick SMS message to a patient, you can do so right from the virtual waiting room using Solv Chat. It is a 2 way chat feature that is initiated by the clinic, where you can send a message to the patient.
Solv Chat can be utilized before the call to let the patient know that the provider is in the call, or running late, and after the call to ask the patient to leave a review for their visit.
Some partners use Solv Chat to ask patients to email a photo of their Identification card or Driver's License, as this is not collected during the booking flow. Solv Chat does not support support images or media uploads.
