Steps to add a patient to the virtual waiting room

If the patient has called the clinic and would like a virtual visit, it's a superior patient experience to schedule a virtual telemed visit for the patient from within the Solv queue on the patient's behalf. You can also schedule follow-up visits for patients beyond the same day/next day options that Solv provides when patients schedule themselves. 

You can quickly and easily add patients to the virtual waiting room by clicking on the circular"+" icon in the upper right corner fo the virtual waiting room. A pop-up box will appear where you can enter the patient's first name, last name, phone number, reason for visit, email address (optional), and select the date and time for the visit. 

The patient will receive a confirmation text message and link to join the call just as if they scheduled the visit themselves.
