Solv Chat is a feature available in the Solv Queue where you can send an SMS message to patients to let them know they're going to be seen next, ask them to leave a review, send a follow-up to see how they're doing, and more!

Access Solv Chat

In the queue, patients can be messaged individually by going to the circular chat button to the right of the patient's information. It can be accessed from the Reserved, Here Now, and All Done tabs. 

Clicking on the top blue button opens the chat inbox where you can see incoming and outgoing messages from recent patients.

Clicking on the white chat button to the left of the "Mark as ready" button on the patients record opens a dialogue box where you can see the incoming and outgoing messages for one specific patient that you selected.


Additionally, you can access the Chat Inbox where you'll be able to see all patients who have been added to the Solv queue and the messages they've received. This is a great view for when you have to send more than one patient the same message, as you can click through them easily. 

Text Message Consent

Patients can opt-out of receiving text messages from Solv. You will see a notice when you are unable to text patients because they do not wish to receive messages from Solv, and their Text message consent is "deny".

Custom Post Booking SMS

A custom post booking sms can be added. For every patient that books a visit with your clinic they will receive a custom message after booking. The character limit for this message is 160 max, so we recommend keeping the message concise for patients. To have this added please reach out to us directly so our support team can assist.
