How to download patient, future patient, and clinic reports

Solv provides you with the option to download 4 types of reports for any date range you'd like to review:

Patient Reports

One row per visit, incudes visit details, patient demographics, paperwork, ratings and reviews

  • Patient Report - Monthly: lists the patients who are currently at the office, and those who have been discharged, depending on the date range you select. Quickly download monthly patient reports. Not available for the current month, but preferred for larger files or historical data.

  • Patient Report - Recent: Evaluate recent patient data for a custom date range. Not to be used for large files or data older than 1 month.

  • Future Patient Report: Lists the detailed patient information for all patients in the Reserved tab who have scheduled a future visit

  • Clinic Performance: Summary report with aggregate clinic performance on key metrics. can be used to compare metrics among different locations.

To access Solv reports:

Indicate the settings for your downloadable report:

Go to Location and from the dropdown menu, select 1, all or some of your locations that you would like to pull the report for

Under Report period, select the date range from the dropdown, or select a custom date range.

Select if you'd like to download an XLSX file or CSV

Hover over the Create Report button and the 3 reports to select from. Click on the report type that you would like to review.

The report will be created and after a few moments will be ready to download, then click on the blue "Download" text

Not sure which report you need? Read below to better understand the difference, and the fields included in each: 

Clinic Performance shows more aggregate level data, that shows average times, and the % of patients that come from different sources and visit types. It includes: 

  • Group Name 

  • Clinic Name

  • Discharged (count of patients marked as "Done")

  • Online (patients who booked online)

  • Solv App (patients who booked through a Solv property)

  • No Show (total number of patients who didn't arrive for their scheduled visit)

  • Cancelled (total number of patients who cancelled their scheduled visit)

  • Transferred (total number of patients who transferred from one location to another)

  • Here to Ready 

  • Ready to Exam 

  • Wait Time Average

  • Exam Time Average

  • Door to Door Average 

  • % On Time Appointments (% of visits seen within 10 minutes of scheduled time)

  • % Online (% of patients who booked online)

  • % Book Ahead (% of patients who had a booking created by your staff from within the queue + % Online)

  • % Walk-in (% of patients who walked into the clinic without a reservation)

A Patient Report is granular, a list of all patients that were added to the Solv queue in the date range that you specify. It includes: 

  • Practice Name

  • Clinic Name

  • Visit Date

  • Arrived Time

  • Reserved Time

  • Appointment Time (if patient booked online)

  • Patient Name

  • DOB

  • Email

  • Notes

  • Patient Type (new vs returning)

  • Transferred From (if transferred from another location)

  • Here to Ready 

  • Ready to Exam 

  • Exam to Done

  • Door to Door (total time the patient was at the practice)

  •  Mobile number 

  • Source (Website, Book Ahead, Walk-in)

  • Status (Here, Ready, In Exam, Discharged, Cancelled, No Show)

  • Cancellation Reason 

  • Reason for Visit 

  • Paperwork fields

  • Rating 

  • Review
