Send patients a receipt through Stripe

After billing a patient for a virtual visit through the Solv Telemed Queue, they can be sent a receipt through the your Stripe account

After collecting payment from a patient for a visit through Solv Video Telemed, follow the steps below to send the patient an emailed receipt.ย 

1. Log into your Stripe account

2. From the Home page, click on Payments on the left hand navigation bar to review payments that have succeeded

3. Click on the payment you would like to send a receipt, then scroll down to Receipt history, and click Send receipt

4. Enter the patient's email address and click Send
โ€‹

5. The patient will then receive the receipt for their visit via email
