Solv uses Stripe to manage Video Telemed payments processing. Please review these instructions for creating an account with Stripe to process payments through Solv Pay for telemedicine.

You will need to fill out a STRIPE AUTHORIZATION FORM. Each location has a unique URL for the authorization form, so please reach out to [email protected] if you do not have a Stripe Authorization Form link as referenced in the set up instructions above to complete Stripe account set-up. 

After the first payment is collected through Solv, there is a 7 day period before the payout from Stripe to the clinic bank account. Following this initial lead time, payouts will take place every 2 days.
