The new ‘Save My Spot’ capability available with Solv Connect is designed to allow patients to join a digital waitlist when your clinic is busy or fully booked. With this new feature available at no additional cost, you can achieve your clinic's capacity goals, even during times when walk-in volumes may be lower, and online visits are fully booked.

Without Join the Waitlist

Patient is told that there is no online availability and they cannot select a time to be seen that day.

The patient may walk in to be seen and cannot

begin the registration process until they physically arrive in your waiting room.

Join the Waitlist Enabled

Patient completes their demographic information and uploads their insurance card, ID card, payment, and complete registration and e-sign consent forms.

Staff now have visibility that the patient is going to be coming in to be seen for care with completed registration.

How it works:

  1. Patients visit your website in search for care

  2. Patients search for an appointment on Solv via your scheduling page

  3. If your clinic is busy or fully booked, they will see a “Join the waitlist” option

  4. Patients can then digitally complete their registration (including upload ID and insurance card images) and head to the urgent care to wait for their turn to be seen.

By seamlessly integrating "Join the Waitlist" into your clinic's operations, you not only

optimize your capacity but also provide a more transparent and convenient experience for your patients.

The patient who joined the waitlist will not have an assigned time or be shown an

estimated time that they will be waiting for care.
