Add custom questions when patients check-in

If you're interested in asking patients screening questions when they arrive, Solv does allow customized questions to be added to the check-in flow on both the iPad kiosk and QR code check-in.

QR code check-in

If you're interested in providing patients with a way to check-in to the clinic without having to touch the kiosk or you're a high volume site that is experiencing long lines of people waiting to sign in or crowding the front desk, consider adding QR code check in.
