Solv's reporting helps you

  • Make informed decisions in real-time

  • Identify ways to save time and money

  • Create staffing plans

To navigate to Solv reports, select "Reports" from the landing page right after you log in, or navigate to the "Reports" tab in the upper navigation bar at manage.solvhealth.com.

This reporting functionality is available to users with a Manager role.

Which report is right for you?

Live: real-time operational report

This report will give you a snapshot of what's happening at the clinic right now.

In the Visit Type filter, you can select which location(s) you want to review the real-time metrics and whether you want to see in-person visits, book ahead patients, and/or walk-in patients.

The Current Patient Status will show the number of patients in each status

  • Reserved (booked ahead, have not arrived yet)

  • Here (currently checked-in, not ready to be taken back to exam room)

  • Ready (currently checked-in, registration is complete in EHR, in the waiting room and ready to be taken back to exam room)

  • In Exam Room (currently in an exam room)

  • Patients Onsite (total patients in Here, Ready, and Exam Room status)

  • Done (Discharged) number of patients who have been seen, in the Done tab

  • Average Wait Time is the average time patients have spent in the "Here" and "Ready" statuses

When are appointment times today?

Gain insight into when patients have scheduled for the day to identify what times of day were busy, and the times that book ahead patients have already scheduled for the rest of the day to staff appropriately and schedule staff break times.

When were patients discharged today?

Tracks the number of patients discharged by hour that day.

Patients seen: historical patient report

This report will give you a better understanding of patient throughput and wait time by booking source.

In the Appointment Date dropdown, you can select the timeframe for the data you'd like to review, and in the Data Granularity dropdown, you can select if you'd like to see the data grouped by Day, Week, Month, Quarter, or Year in the Patients Seen Over Time graph below.
