Adding custom messaging to the booking page

Add a note that patients will see when booking

If you have a message, notice, or special instructions that you'd like to share with patients who are booking ahead, you can add a custom message that will be visible on the booking page. 

Go to Settings > General Information > Custom booking page message to add a note and click Save. 

To edit the "Know Before You Go" section, follow these steps:

  1. Log into manage and click the location you would like to edit. In the “General Information”

  2. Locate the section labeled "What to know before you go"

  3. To the right of this section click the text box to edit the message.

  4. Make the necessary changes directly within the text box provided.

Tips for writing your message

  • Ensure that your message remains concise and clear, keeping it under the maximum character limit of 731.

  • Review your edits to ensure accuracy and clarity.

  • Save your changes before exiting the editing mode.

  • Once saved, preview the updated section to see how it will appear to patients on your booking page.

  • If everything looks good, publish the changes to make them live for patients to see.

  • This will be live on your booking page (website, Solv listing, etc) once it has been edited and saved!
