At Solv, we're obsessively patient-centric. Our mobile-optimized booking flow allows patients to schedule visits as easily and seamlessly as possible so they can get in, out, and on with their day.

Partners using Solv Connect have the benefit of having their practice listed on Solv properties, which attracts new patients and increases your volume.

Your website

We'll provide you with a URL for each of your locations that will allow patients to schedule a visit. We recommend that you work with your web team to create an online booking button that links out to the unique Solv booking page.

Online directories

Over the last few years, we've learned that many patients start their search on Google, which is why we enable partners to enhance their online search directory presence by allowing patients to schedule right from the Google search page.

Solv

With over 8+ million bookings, Solv is a premier destination for patients searching for high-quality care. Our partners are featured at the top of our search results to help patients find you and book a visit.

After the patient finds your clinic through one of the booking channels described above, they enter a bit of information so you know who's coming and when they're arriving. Review the flow below:

Patient selects the date and time for the visit and reason for visit

Patient is prompted to enter mobile number.

  • If patient is returning, they will enter their secure code sent via SMS or phone call.

  • If patient is new and has never used Solv then they will enter just a few fields of demographic information.

Patient can choose whether to

  • Use the insurance card on file if a returning patient

  • Upload a new insurance card

  • Elect to cash pay for the visit

The patient reaches the visit confirmation page, and from there can get directions, add the visit to their calendar, call the clinic, or reschedule the visit.
