Patient tech requirements to join a virtual visit on iPhone, Android, iPad and desktop

If patients can't connect to a Solv Video Telemed call, this issue may be that they're not an up-to-date version of a the browser they're using on their device. 

Patients accessing Video Telemed call from their smartphone, tablet, or desktop can use one of the following browser windows: 

Mobile/Tablet
On Android: Google Chrome (latest release version)

On iPhone: Safari (latest release version)

Desktop

Chrome browser (latest release version)

Prior to the call, be sure to test audio, visual, and device bandwidth to prepare for a successful visit here
