Solv is unable to automatically facilitate the sending of discharge instructions. 

You can find the patient's email address by clicking on the patient name, which will open the Patient Info tab, there you will find the patient's email address. You can send the patient discharge instructions through encrypted email. 

Some partners also send discharge instructions through the EMR or call the patient with care tips.
