How to add visit notes to the patient record

Notes can be added for front/back office communication or for providers to make patient visits run more smoothly

Solv has a helpful notes feature that lets you quickly jot down notes as they pertain to a patient. Please note that these internal notes are not visible to patients. To communicate with patients, send a chat message.

We recommend that providers chart notes and e-prescribe in your EMR, as they would for an in-person visit, but the the notes feature is a great way to indicate any info that the front office may want to communicate to the back office .

To access the notes feature:

  1. Go to the Active tab and click on "Add note"

  2. Type in any notes you'd like to add

  3. Click Save Changes to save your notes

  4. Notes can be edited at any time by any user.
