How to enable desktop notifications for an alert when patients check in through Contactless

Enable the ability for the front desk to be alerted when a patient signs in through Contactless workflow when they arrive to the clinic

Enabling desktop notifications allows the front desk to receive an alert when a patient independently checks into the clinic on mobile when they arrive at the clinic so they don't need to approach the front desk to enter information and register for their visit.

  1. Open Google Chrome browser Settings option from the dropdown menu accessible by clicking on the 3 vertical dots in the upper right corner of the Chrome browser

  2. Click on Site Settings

  3. Click on View permissions and date stored across sites

  4. Search for www.solvhealth.com then click on the right arrow button

  5. Find notifications, set to Ask (default)

  6. Log into Solv at manage.solvhealth.com/login

  7. In the popup box, click "Ok, great!"

  8. When asked to show notifications, click "Allow"

  9. Mobile check in notifications will now appear

Notes

  • Notifications will only work when utilizing the Google Chrome browser

  • If you are experiencing issues seeing the prompt from Solv to show up, please clear your computer's cookies

  • Make sure you're utilizing the latest version of the Chrome browser
