Introduction to Special Hours

The Special Hours section lets you inform your patients about any changes in your clinic's operating hours during holidays or special events. Whether it's a single day or an entire week, you can easily customize and communicate these changes.

Setting Special Hours

  1. Adding Special Hours:

    • Navigate to the "Special Hours" section in Solv.

    • Click "Add" next to Special Hours.

  2. Choose the Date or Date Range:

    • Example 1: Christmas Week

      • Select the entire week of Christmas.

      • Decide if your clinic will be closed or if the hours will be adjusted. For this example, set the hours to be open until 5 p.m. every day during Christmas week.

    • Example 2: Fourth of July

      • Choose July 4th as the specific date.

      • If your clinic will close early, you might set the hours to be open only until 2 p.m. on that day.

  3. Add Lunch Breaks (Optional):

    • If your clinic will have a lunch break or any other break during the day, you can include that as well.

  4. Apply to Locations:

    • You can apply the special hours to one location or across all your clinic locations, depending on your needs.

  5. Save Changes:

    • After setting the special hours, click "Save."

    • Your adjustments will be reflected in the Special Hours section, ensuring that your patients are informed of the changes.
