How to troubleshoot Solv's data connection with eClinicalWorks

Tips for working through errors with Solv's eClinicalWorks integration

In eCW, if you are seeing issues please try using the following steps to troubleshoot:

1. Locked chart: If you are seeing a chart that is locked click “Menu”. From there click “File” and then click “Settings”. You will then see “Release Concurrency Lock”, and by clicking this you will be able to release the chart.

2. If the patient's charts are still not transferring please reach out to us directly so we can assist!
