Solv has an update for partners using our Solv + DocuTap RPA. We have built a new feature that shows the status of the information when it transfers from Solv to your EHR.
Here's what's new:
When a booking is first created in Solv, the status will appear as pending in the queue and facesheet in the dark box that says "EMR transfer in progress: Please wait 60-90 seconds for the information to transfer":
If you click on the patient name and the patient record pops up, you can see the "EMR transfer in progress" status below the patient's name as well.

Two examples where we intentionally cancel the transfer:
During patient search/match, we found potential for duplicates, so we canceled the transfer. Please add the patient manually.
Partial match but can’t verify on a third field
If you encounter an error messages, you will be able to dismiss it. Once the error message is dismissed, you will see a tooltip displayed will shows what the error was and which user dismissed the error.
