If you are troubleshooting Integration Issues with Athena please use the steps below in order to attempt to clear the issue you are seeing:
1. Check and ensure the scheduling template is not expired. If the template is not expired please try the next step.
2. Check the hours for both Solv and Athena. When the hours do not match transfers will not process as the schedules are not communicating.
