How Solv allows you to seamlessly communicate with patients so they can rebook again and again

The Solv app is a useful tool where patients can find care, book a visit, take notes from their visit, leave a review about their visit experience, and easily re-book at your care facility.

To access the Solv app, patients are required to enter their mobile number, enter their last name to confirm their identity, and verify their phone number with a unique pin code identifier. Entering inaccurate information prohibits patients from logging into their Solv app to review their visit details and rebook, which is frustrating and poor patient experience.

To give patients the best experience possible so that they can access the Solv app, we ask our partners to please accurately enter the following patient information:

  • Complete first name

  • Complete last name

  • Mobile number

  • Date of birth

  • Email address (optional, for patients to receive a visit confirmation and post-visit review request via email)
