How do I respond to reviews that patients leave on my clinic page on Solv's site?

Replying to patient reviews on Solv

Solv users can easily reply to Solv reviews on all Solv software packages. The ability to reply to both Solv and Google reviews from the Solv platform is available on the ExperiencePRO and ExperienceENTERPRISE packages.

  1. Go to the Reviews tab

2. Select your location(s) from the dropdown menu under Location. You can filter by time period, star rating, Google, or All (to see Solv and Google reviews)

3. Select which review you'd like to reply to and click on Reply

4. Type out your response and click on the blue Reply button to save your response.

5. If you need to edit your response, click on Edit response

6. Make your copy changes and click on the blue Update button

7. The patient will receive a text message to let them know that you have replied to their review via SMS.
