To begin your onboarding stage - a Kick-Off call will be scheduled with your clinic manager, your sales rep and your designated Implementation Specialist.
During this time we will learn the ins and outs of your clinics day to day, main goals with Solv and plan out our next steps. Please come with any questions and we are happy to cover them with you!
After the kick off call - you will have access to all your solv clinic pages to update your clinic settings and add specific details to your solv pages that will directly reflect the information patients will see when booking their visits.
Once all settings are updated we will schedule a staff training hosted by your Implementation Manager.
Add the Solv booking page link to your website so that patients can book ahead visit from your website - please do not do this until the date you will be going live with Solv, as patients will be able to schedule their visits.
Set-up the Solv iPad kiosk in the waiting room for patients to sign in.

Logging into Solv for the first time
You should have received an email from [email protected] letting you know that you have a Solv account created, and it’s ready to activate!
Please log into manage.solvhealth.com/login
Enter your email address included in the activation email
Create a password
The email address and newly created password will now be your credentials whenever you log into Solv at manage.solvhealth.com/login - we recommend saving this site to your browser and/or desktop for your staff to easily access as well! Instructions here.
