Live Capacity & Live Schedule Views
Introduction to the Availability Preview
The Live Capacity and Live Schedule views provide a real-time snapshot of your clinic’s same-day availability based on your configured schedule templates. These views help teams understand how much capacity is truly available online, how much is reserved for walk-ins, and how the day is shaping up as bookings occur.
This feature is helpful to view differences in online bookable capacity and total slots.
You can use these views to:
Quickly validate same-day availability
Understand online vs. walk-in capacity by visit type
See current bookings and availability status for today
How to Access Live Capacity & Live Schedule
Navigate to Multi-Location Management → Availability Preview
Select Preview live capacity and schedule
Toggle between your preferred display of visit types or events.
From here, you can toggle between:
Live Capacity
Live Schedule
You can also use the date selector at the top to move between days.
