Allowing patients to book an appointment beyond same day and next day

By default, patients can book today or tomorrow. To let them book further out, set Days of availability on each visit type:

  1. Go to Settings > Locations > Scheduling and open your VTS configuration.

  2. Open Visit Types and add a new visit type or edit an existing one.

  3. Click the gear icon.

  4. Set Days of availability to how many days ahead patients can book (for example, 7).

  5. Save.
