Patients who search for care by going to www.solvhealth.com will enter in their location and chief complaint.

Solv partner locations will appear based on the following criteria

Proximity to the patient searching for care

  • If they search with a zipcode, you will be prioritized if that zipcode is offered, if they search with a city name, you will be prioritized based on proximity to that city center.

Availability of care

  • Patients searching for ASAP care, will be shown locations with available slots closest to the time the patient is searching. Locations with no available slots for same day will appear below those that do.

When you have met your monthly booking engagement budget, you will still have a Solv listing but no longer surface availability.

Patients can still find your listing based on proximity, though your listings will appear those with bookable slots. You will be displayed above all non-partners and details on your listing for services, pricing, walk-in availability, photos, etc will still be visible.
