Solv enables you to quickly and efficiently notify patients of their COVID-19 test results, next steps, and related documentation.
Please review prior to sending result notifications
We recommend consulting with your legal counsel to review the consent forms signed by your patients. Your consent forms may need to be updated to include verbiage for patients to agree receiving SMS messages from your clinic prior to utilizing this feature.
To securely notify patients of their test results
Option 1: Send Individually

Click Go
Find the patient record in the queue
Click on the patient record for which you want to send a test result
In the Info tab, click on the blue Send results button
