Solv enables you to quickly and efficiently notify patients of their COVID-19 test results, next steps, and related documentation.

Please review prior to sending result notifications

We recommend consulting with your legal counsel to review the consent forms signed by your patients. Your consent forms may need to be updated to include verbiage for patients to agree receiving SMS messages from your clinic prior to utilizing this feature.

To securely notify patients of their test results

Option 1: Send Individually

First, in order to send results to patients individually, please go to Settings > Locations > Edit > Services and select the services you provide and would like to send results for. If the corresponding service is not selected, the test result delivery will produce an error and fail.

  1. Select your location from the dropdown menu

  2. Click Go

  3. Find the patient record in the queue

  4. Click on the patient record for which you want to send a test result

  5. In the Info tab, click on the blue Send results button

  6. Select the service type from the dropdown menu

  7. Type in the Test Type (ie "Rapid antigen test" or "PCR")

  8. Select the result - positive or negative

  9. Enter any URLs and URL labels if you would like to direct patients to a link

  10. Click Send results

You can find a history of the test results sent for a specific booking at the bottom of the patient's face sheet in the Test Results tab.

Option 2: Bulk Upload
