How to reschedule a patient's visit time

Updating a patient's visit time can be done in just a few steps. 

  1. In the Reserved tab, open the patient record by clicking on the patient's name

  2. In the box that pops up, go to the Visit Details section

  3. Under Visit Date,  click on the calendar icon in the field to open the calendar and select a new date for the visit 

  4. Under the Visit Time, click on the time to open the dropdown list that will allow you to select a new time for the visit 

  5. Click Save
