Troubleshooting Integration Issues with Experity

If you're encountering integration issues with Experity, we understand the importance of resolving these issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and optimal patient experiences. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues:

If a visit didn’t show up in Experity

  1. Look for an alert in the Solv queue. If you see one, click it. It opens the EMR Transfer tab, which lists possible chart matches.

  2. Pick the right chart. Click “Select this patient” on the matching chart. If the patient is new to your practice, click “Create new patient.” If the right chart isn’t listed, click “Or manually enter EMR ID” and paste it from Experity. Once you choose, the visit transfers on its own.

  3. No alert? Open the visit and check the EMR Transfer tab. It shows whether the transfer succeeded or failed.

  4. Still not working? Chat in to Solv support with the booking ID.

  5. Failed media? If the patient has completed their paperwork and consent forms, you can download the forms directly to your computer. From there, manually upload them to the patient's chart in Experity.
