How to reactive a clinic user account after it's been de-activated

To reactivate a user account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Users section, which you can find under Settings > Users.

  2. Check the box that says 'Show Inactive?' This will display the list of inactive user accounts.

  3. Look for the user account you want to reactivate and click on the "Edit" option. If the account is inactive, it may appear greyed out.

  4. Once you're in the editing mode, you'll see an option to change the user's status. Click on 'Yes' under 'Active' to reactivate the user account.
