Overview

Solv has made updates to your existing integration to allow for more fields to transfer to Athena as well as automatically transfer media files (photo ID, insurance card, and consent form PDFs).

Current integration

At the time of booking, the following fields are transferred from Solv to Athena:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Birth date

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Reason for visit

What’s new

With this update, once the patient completes their paperwork in Solv, the following additional information is transferred over:

Patient information

  • Middle name

  • Gender

  • Ethnicity

  • Race

  • Marital status

  • Patient sex

  • Street address

  • Street address line 2

  • City

  • State

  • Zip code

Emergency Contact

  • First name

  • Middle name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

  • Relationship to patient

Guardian Information (if a minor)

  • First name

  • Middle name

  • Last name

  • Birth date

The following files are also automatically transferred to Athena if uploaded by the patient in Solv. At this time, Insurance Card images will be attached as a Patient Document in Athena, not in the insurance images section. Adding the card image to the Insurance section is an enhancement currently under evaluation. Note that these files are submitted upon paperwork completion. If the patient uploads their photo ID at the time of booking, but does not complete paperwork, the images are not transferred.

  • Photo ID (front) - Driver’s license section in Athena

  • Insurance card (front) - Patient Document section in Athena

  • Insurance card (back) - Patient Document section in Athena

  • Consent form pdf - Patient Document section in Athena

Information that does not transfer through the interface

  • Employer

  • Insurance

  • Social Security Number

  • Primary Care Physician

  • Preferred Pharmacy
