Watch these short videos to learn how to use Solv Pay at your clinic!

Terminal Set Up:
Solv Pay's smart terminal allow for a streamlined payment experience in your clinic. Follow these easy instructions on how to enable your terminal for the first time.

Charging the Patient in the Facesheet:

You can use the facesheet to charge a patient who has uploaded their card during the booking flow, recording a cash/check payment, or manually keying in payment details.

Charging at the Terminal:

If a patient has not uploaded their credit card during the booking flow, you can use the smart terminal to charge the patient. This also authorizes their card for storage and future use.

Storing a Card on File:

One of the large benefits of Solv Pay is the ability to store a card on file for future use. In situations where a patient does not owe anything in the clinic on the date of service, you can still collect their card on the Solv Pay smart terminal.

Refunding a Point of Service Charge:

If you accidentally charge the patient the wrong amount, users with manager level access can refund the patient directly in Manage.

Collecting an Unpaid Balance:

In instances where a patient wants to pay an outstanding bill in the clinic rather than through the smart link that is sent to them via text message, you can collect the unpaid balance by following these steps.

Cancelling a Bill:

If your clinic is using Solv for collecting outstanding bills, there may be a situation where a patient needs to have their bill canceled.
