Live Stats Telemed: Monitor Your Telemedicine Visits in Near Real Time

Last updated: October 9, 2026

Live Stats Telemed is a report in Solv Manage that shows how your telemedicine (virtual visit) volume, wait times, and provider activity are performing right now. Use it to keep virtual access running smoothly throughout the day.

Where do I find it?

In Solv Manage, go to Reports and open the video telemed report.

What does the report show?

The report includes these sections:

  • Telemed Live Stats: Summary metrics for your telemed visits, including total visits, discharge rate, wait time, on-time percentage, and average visit length.

  • Telemed Visits by Source: Where your telemed visits are coming from, such as your clinic website, in-clinic telemed, or Solv.

  • Hours Between Reservation and Appointment (Book Ahead): For patients who booked a telemed visit in advance, how many hours passed between making the reservation and the scheduled appointment time.

  • Telemed Visit Details: A visit-level table so you can review individual telemed visits.

  • Provider Summary by State: Visit counts and performance for each telemed provider, grouped by state. Each visit is attributed to the last provider (clinic account) who was on the call.Daily active providers

How fresh is the data?

Data is near real time, with a delay of less than 5 minutes. The report covers up to the past 30 days. Click the refresh icon in the upper right corner to pull the latest data, and refresh again after you change any filters.

How do I filter the report?

You can filter by:

  • Group

  • Clinic

  • Telemed provider name

  • Area operations name

  • Regional name

  • Franchise location (yes/no)

  • Appointment date (defaults to today)

  • Date granularity (for example, by hour)

How are the key metrics calculated?

  • Wait time (telemed): The time from the later of the appointment time or the moment the patient joins the call, until the provider joins. If the patient is seen before their scheduled time, wait time is set to 0.

  • Door-to-door time (telemed): The length of the visit itself, from when the provider and patient are both on the call (in exam) to discharge.

  • Seen on time (telemed): A telemed visit counts as seen on time when the provider joins within 5 minutes of the appointment time. (In-person visits use a 15-minute threshold.)

How do I download the data?

Hover over any chart or table, click the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, and select Download data.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the report empty or missing visits? Check your filters first, especially Appointment Date, Group, and Clinic. Then click refresh. If the report still loads with no data and you know telemed visits took place, contact Solv Support and include the date and time you checked, the filters you applied, and a screenshot.

Why don't these numbers match another Solv report? Reports apply different filters and are built differently, so numbers can vary slightly between them. If you see a large difference, contact Solv Support with links or screenshots of both reports and the filters used on each.

Why does a visit show under a different provider than I expected? The Provider Summary assigns each visit to the last provider who was on the call. If a visit moved between providers, it counts toward the last one.

Does this report show in-person visits? No. This report is for telemedicine visits. For in-person patient flow, use the Live Stats report.

Need more help? Contact Solv Support and include the report name, the filters applied, the date and time you viewed it, and a screenshot of what you're seeing.
